Products must be unworn, undamaged and in the same condition and packaging you received them in with tags attached. Tags must not be cut off or tampered with in order to receive a refund.

We want your jewelry to last and suggest to avoid direct contact from water, sweat, soaps, lotions, perfumes, saltwater, chlorines and any other chemicals as this will result in discoloration to the jewelry and its luster.
