Shipping Policy

After the order has been paid, the warehouse needs 1-3 days to process your order. You will receive a notification once your order has been shipped.

In most cases, the package will be delivered within the estimated time of arrival. However, the actual delivery date may be affected by flight arrangements, weather conditions and other external factors. Please refer to the tracking information for the most accurate delivery date.

If your package has not been delivered or your tracking information shows that your package has been delivered but you have not received it, you must contact Customer Service to verify within 45 days of the order date. For other orders, products, and logistics related issues, you must contact customer service within 90 days of the order date.

Return Policy
We want all our clients to be happy, if for some reason you are unhappy with your purchase, we offer a full refund within 7 days of the delivery date minus shipping charges. Products must be unworn, undamaged and in the same condition and packaging you received them in with tags attached. Tags must not be cut off or tampered with in order to receive a refund.
To start a return please email us at kennedymaejewelry@yahoo.com, include your order number in the subject line and your reason for the return in the body of the email.
Once reviewed you will receive a return authorization number,
this must be somewhere on or in the package to receive the full refund.
Removal of tag will result in a final sale and will no longer be eligible for refund.
Shipping Charges are non-refundable
As a purchaser, you are responsible for the charges
to/from on orders that need to be refunded.
Refunds are processed according to your payment on the original order.
