Shipping Policy

Once your order is paid, the warehouse requires 1-3 days to process it. You will receive a notification when your order has been shipped.

In most cases, your package will be delivered within the estimated delivery timeframe. However, please note that the actual delivery date may be influenced by flight schedules, weather conditions, and other external factors. For the most accurate delivery date, please refer to the tracking information provided.

If your package has not been delivered or if the tracking information shows that it has been delivered but you have not received it, please contact Customer Service within 45 days of the order date for assistance. For any other order, product, or logistics-related issues, please reach out to customer service within 90 days of the order date.

Note: We currently do not offer international shipping.
